| The date of reissuance of all material is the date
on which you view it over the Internet, which is today, 04/23/06,
according to presently applicable time (standard or daylight savings)
in the Eastern Time Zone of the United States. The actors,
models, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction
of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained
in the NR Media, Inc Websites all were over the
age of eighteen years at the time the depiction was made.
NR Media, Inc. is the primary producer and
owner as the term is defined in 18 USC section 2257 of only a portion
of the images and motion pictures contained in our Websites. Records
required to be maintained pursuant to U.S.C. Title 18, Section 2257
are kept by the custodian of records and are available to the Attorney
General for inspection during our normal business hours, M-F, 11:30am
- 7:30pm.

Moreover, the owners and operators of NR Media, Inc are not
the primary producers (as that term is defined in 18 USC Section
2257 or subsequent case law defining such) of a portion of the visual
content contained in the Websites. See Sundance Associates, Inc.
v. Reno , 139 F.3d 804 (10th Cir. 1998).
The images and motion pictures available for viewing on our Websites
for which NR Media, Inc is not the primary producer, originate from
many different producers (which, in many cases, are production companies).
Each producer has its own Custodian of Records, as required by 18
U.S.C. § 2257 (along with the regulations promulgated thereunder).
With respect to each of these images and motion pictures, those
required records are kept by one of the custodians listed below.
To determine the Custodian of Records for a particular image or
motion picture, note the name of the model, the site and the url
of particular interest. In many cases NR Media, Inc, although it
is not required to keep these records, does keep a copy of these
records on file at our place of business. For those records we do
not have we will be happy to direct you to the proper Custodian
of Records.
